Right now, 52 episodes have been made available. That leaves 26 episodes from the initial order. Previous seasons have been 13 episode each, so that would be enough for a fifth and sixth season.

Before anyone takes this as gospel that the series will continue, keep in mind that companies change their mind all the time. Netflix could have decided four seasons was enough and cancelled the rest of the animation order.

For example, Warner Home Video made a big deal about their "Ultimate Editions" of the first six Harry Potter movies. "It's the best way to get everything about the movies", et cetera. So naturally, they'd make an "Ultimate Edition" for the last two movies, right?

Nope. They came out with their "Wizard's Collection" with 31 DVD and Blu-ray discs for all eight movies. You can't get an "Ultimate Edition" of the last two movies without it. If you had already spent about $400 for the first six movies, you'd have to spend another $500 for the Wizard's Collection just to get nine more discs and you'd be stuck with duplicates.

So, I recommend waiting until either a fifth season shows up on Netflix or a more official announcement is released to confirm its status.
