Bill Scott (1920-1985) was a voice actor who was the executive producer of The Rocky & Bullwinkle Show. He voiced various characters on the show including Bullwinkle J. Moose, Boris Badenov, Fearless Leader, Mr. Peabody, Dudley Do-Right and Inspector Fenwick.
